Adam is Media Research Manager within Informa Telecoms & Media's Industry Research division. In this role Adam is responsible for Informa's output in the TV sector. Adam's team is responsible for much of the content on the TV Intelligence Centre, while his most recent piece of research covers Eastern European Television*. It assesses the current status of the Eastern European TV sector, the threats to traditional TV services from emerging technologies, including an in-depth analysis of the viability of the new services. Adam has published research on the TV sectors in Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America, the Middle East, Africa and across Europe.

Adam has more than 10 years experience in the TV and wider media sector as both an analyst and a journalist. He worked as a reporter at CIA Medianetwork's Channel 11, authored media research analysis for the Corporate Intelligence Group and was senior media analyst at Market Tracking International. He also wrote for the PSI's prestigious Cultural Trends journal, before joining Informa Telecoms & Media in 2000. He graduated from Guildhall University in 1994, with a first class honours degree in Communications.

His research covers a wide range of countries with information updated for the Intelligence Centre, Digital TV Yearbook and Television Business International Yearbook.

Previously, Adrian had spent three years with Taylor & Francis, the academic publishing division of Informa. He specialized in statistical information and economic affairs, published in the Europa World Yearbook and Regional Surveys of the World.

Prior to joining Informa, Anita worked for the Financial Times before moving to France to edit Food & Drink Europe. She then worked at Music Week as reporter and later, reviews editor. She has also written for Music Ally, Shots Magazine, Stool Pigeon, Heart FM and the Newcastle Chronicle.

Prior to Informa, Charles was a research manager at Pyramid Research, and before that, program manager for Yankee Group, overseeing consumer research in the APAC region.

Daniele is a research analyst in the Latin America team, where he tracks the evolution of the mobile and broadband ecosystems in Central American, Caribbean and Andean countries.

In his role, Daniele examines operator strategies across the region and focuses on operator performance and ongoing regulatory issues. He regularly writes country profiles, case studies and in-depth analysis for Informa Telecoms & Media's Intelligence Centre. He also writes for the research service Global Mobile Daily and contributes to reports on the LatAm region, and to the World Cellular Data Metrics and World Cellular Investors products.

Prior to joining Informa Telecoms & Media's industry research division, Daniele developed international conferences on telecoms networks and infrastructure, including the IMS2.0 World Forum, the SDP Global Summit and the Femtocells Forum. He has also worked as editor of the IMS Ezine and as a social media analyst for consulting firm Interaction London.

Daniele is fluent in Italian and Spanish, and holds an MA from the University of Bologna. He recently obtained an MSc in new media and information systems from the London School of Economics.

Dexter is a research analyst within Informa Telecoms & Media’s Data & Forecasting Division, providing expert analysis for WCIS+ (World Cellular Information System) and the Mobile Europe IC (Intelligence Centre) with a primary focus on Western Europe specifically the Scandinavian, French-speaking markets, Turkey as well as any EU-level issues.

Dexter tracks the mobile markets in these regions, looking for operators’ strategies as well as ongoing regulatory issues. Over the last seven years he has spearheaded the development of numerous forecasting products, spanning a range of sectors from devices and networks through to applications and services. He also manages the forecasts within WCIS, an industry leading market intelligence database whose numbers are quoted extensively throughout the ICT Industry.

His most recent work involved forecasting the rapidly changing mobile content and services market and developing models to predict the future growth of traffic on mobile networks.

Giles also briefs and presents to clients on issues surrounding online content, and has presented and chaired at numerous industry events.

Previously at Informa, Giles covered fixed broadband in the home, and authored major pieces of research on FTTx and value-added services for broadband operators.

Giles has been covering online content and media since 2005. He began his career at media agency Initiative, where he analysed new media and advertising opportunities and advised clients including Unilever, Johnson & Johnson and General Motors.

Guillermo has recently written exposes on the revenue deals struck between mobile operators and the big online-search brands and on the failure of GSM carriers in the US to monetise the expensive mobile location systems they've deployed under the E911 mandate. He was also the first to break the news of Orange and T-Mobile joining forces to trial MBMS mobile TV technology TDTV in the UK.

Guillermo is an experienced journalist who has worked in business and current affairs journalism in Europe and Latin America. Julian writes about a range of wireless broadband technologies including WCDMA/HSPA, CDMA20001x EV-DO, mobile WiMAX, Wi-Fi and UWB/Bluetooth, and covers associated technology areas such as wireless VoIP, fixed-mobile convergence, multicast and broadcast technologies, wireless enterprise, machine to machine communications, next generation IP core networks and IMS technologies and strategies.

Julian directs the research for two services: World Broadband Information Service, which is an online database of subscriber data and operational data covering the fixed telephony, broadband and TV sectors; the Broadband and Internet Intelligence Centre, which is an online source of analysis and data about broadband in the home and internet content, incorporating Telecom Markets, one of the world's oldest consecutively published telecoms research services, and Converging Media research service.

Julian has researched the wireless and fixed line industries since 1991. In addition to an extensive history with Informa (EMC and WCIS) he has, as a free-lance consultant, undertaken projects with various analyst firms and enjoyed a spell as Head of Research at Kable Ltd. Julian holds a degree in Classics from Oxford University and management qualifications from the Open University and the University of Humberside.

His most recent work has been to develop both social economic and demographic models to bring greater insight into a country's potential addressable market. Kenny has a strong statistical and mathematical background. He holds a first class degree in Accounting and an MSc in Operational Research from LSE. He also received a postgraduate diploma in Statistics from UCL.

His specialized interests lie in analyzing mobile operator strategies, in particular looking at the impact of technology, competition and regulation on mobile operator business models. Most recently, Thomas has spent time developing Informa’s views on the issues of net neutrality, traffic management as well as being a thought leader in the LTE space.

Thomas has presented frequently at international events and is regularly quoted in the mainstream and trade press. He has a close relationship with Informa’s key clients and spends much of his time visiting operators, vendors & banks globally to advise them on the latest developments in the cellular industry.

Thomas is also a product manager of the Informa Telecoms & Media’s World Cellular Information Service and regional channels within Intelligence Centre, the leading services for quantitative and qualitative intelligence on the mobile industry, In this role he is responsible for directing the overall strategy and development of the services ensuring they constantly evolve to reflect the speed of development of the mobile industry.

He regularly writes case studies, market updates, country profiles and in-depth analysis for Informa's Intelligence Centre (IC) in addition to a weekly competitive intelligence report analyzing mobile operator strategies and ongoing regulatory issues across the region.

Ziad holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut (Lebanon) and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University (USA). He is fluent in Arabic and French.
